POINT VENTURE RENOVATION
This down-to-the-studs renovation included complete finish selections, full furnishings, art & accessories, and landscape design collaboration. All elements reflect the laid back lifestyle of lakeside living.
New homeowners desired an updated space that reflects their personal style, so they engaged us to refresh the entire home. We added new interior/exterior lighting, upgraded finishes, installed custom millwork and renovated the primary bathroom.
LEANDER GREAT ROOM
To define this vast space, we created three zones that serve functions both independently and together for entertaining and family gatherings. Mixing formal layouts with casual furnishings makes the design of this room approachable.
Another multi-phased project, this Crestview homeowner engaged FLUX to refresh her vintage bathroom, renovate a previous addition, open up her existing kitchen, and add a screened in porch to the rear of the home.
This homeowner found a great mid-century home in original condition and called us in to help make it his dream home. In order to create a more open space, we combined the existing kitchen and eating area to create the homeowners dream kitchen.
BOULDIN CREEK RENOVATION
This project was a conversion of a mid-century duplex into a contemporary residence for the client. Quality materials and clever storage were used to give the small space more design impact.
BARTON HILLS RESIDENCE
This full home renovation in Barton Hills has been a series of projects, beginning with the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Most recently, we completed the primary en-suite, continuing the existing clean, contemporary aesthetic from the rest of the house.
EAST AUSTIN OUTDOOR SPACE
Not only do we design interiors, but we also create eye-catching outdoor spaces as well!
We united two buildings on the same property in this East Austin home by adding a door to the kitchen and creating a private courtyard for entertaining.
ALPHARETTA BATHROOM REFRESH
This primary bath renovation was a complete gut, down to the studs. The homeowners wanted a high-end hotel feel for their en-suite bathroom that balanced the formality of the existing bedroom.
GARDEN HILLS CONDO
This one-bedroom condo incorporates the homeowner’s love for mid-century design within the framework of a vintage 1920’s building. By incorporating the murphy bed in the living area, the main space serves double duty.
We elevated the level of drama in this builder-grade three-story townhome in Northwest Atlanta. The homeowner’s art collection served as inspiration for the upscale aesthetic.
NORTHWEST HILLS KITCHEN RENOVATION
For this kitchen renovation, we helped the homeowner transform this Golden Girls era kitchen into the modern California inspired design of his dreams.
